| | No, sorry. We love pets but the combination of pets and local wildlife is not a safe one. |

| | The property manager will act as your personal concierge. The management will take care of all your needs, questions or concerns. |

| Q: | What about damage to the home during my stay? |
| | Any damage is the responsibility of the owner residing in the home at the time the damage occurred. |

| | Yes, no additional fees are charged to guests. |

| | Yes. Management will collect the rent and remit to you. We must be advised in advance. |

| Q: | What protection do I have that my home will remain in good condition? |
| | The management of the property will look after regular maintenance. Visual inspections of the exterior will occur daily - interior inspections will occur the day before the current guest leaves. Any damages will be their responsibility. Management will arrange for and oversee repairs. |

| | Tell us when you're arriving and we'll be there at the airport to welcome you! We will also transport you to any sightseeing and/or adventures you want to experience. |
